A journey of overconfidence and taking thing's too extremes far to quickly.

Just over a year ago I give up full time work to help my wife (the strongest most amazing person I've ever meet) deal with life with multiple sclerosis.
Seeing her struggle everyday with energy levels and the many disabilities caused by ms, has given me greater appreciation of my own healthier, ish body. Her battle inspired me to work on trying to stay fitter and healthier for both of us.so we can enjoy life together more.
I started to be less concerned with bulking or heavy lifting and started working on fitness, flexibility and feeling better became my priority. Over the course of a year a dropped almost 40kgs of arse weight.
After running a few small race's and 4 half marathons the natural jackass in me has surfaced! I have 5 months to prepare for the Thames path 100km ultramarathon! And raise as much money for the ms society as possible 🙆

This charity is obviously very close to my heart. Every single penny helps to fund research into treatment for people like my amazing soul mate!
